Rico: Spring water. Pony Espresso coffee, GOOD/VERY GOOD

Clarence: Layered. Comes in waves. VERY GOOD

Bob: VERY GOOD. One note, which is a good note.

Lefthand Brewing “S’mores” Milk 6.0% abv 25 IBU

Bob: Part of a variety pack. Little bit of an aftertaste. Smore-ish? Let’s roast it. GOOD/VERY GOOD

Rico: GOOD. Not really a pastry. The use of hops makes it drier. Quality ingredients. I wouldn’t mind copying it.

Clarence: GOOD. Chef speak: what do you pair with it?

Anderson Valley “Bourbon Barrel” American 6.9% ABV 14 IBU

Rico: Anderson Valley is a magical place. Big head or go home. Vanilla, barley, coffee. Wild yeast might have attacked this? FAIR

Bob: Do they speak Narnian? Proper name for half bear, half deer? Sour. Not a lot to like. POOR/FAIR.

Clarence: tart cherries. FAIR/GOOD

Garage Brewing “Marshmalllow Milk Stout” Milk 7.1% abv

Bob: Tons of vanilla. Dump bucket. POOR/FAIR.

Clarence:. Root beer? Small amounts are okay. FAIR.

Rico: Lactose. It’s sweet. Is the fact it’s three years old to blame? FAIR.

Sudwerk “Oso Furioso Batch #3 Reserve (2017)” 45 IBU

Bob: It’s a dopplebock?

Clarence: Hmmm.

Rico: It’s turned.

1850 “Basic Blonde B“ Golden 4.5% abv

Rico: It’s up to the consumer as to whether it is a stout.

Bob: Coffee is there. GOOD for a coffee golden.

Clarence: Just take it for what it is, Bob. GOOD.
