Rhinelander Boatswain Chocolate 5.4%
Tim: Too dry for a chocolate. It should be a porter. FAIR
Bob: Delivers on the tangy. Not getting any chocolate. FAIR
Two Pitchers Black Bayou Milk
Tim: Strangely light. Surprisingly creamy. Nailed the milk part VERY GOOD
Bob: Creamy. Coffee comes in late. Enjoyable. VERY GOOD
Fox Brew Pub El Gaucho 7.5%
Tim: English-style leanings, a sweet stout. Pound of cocoa nibs per barrel, but not overbearing. I like it.
Bob: Refreshing. Not picking up on the cocoa. GOOD/VERY GOOD.
Fox Brew Pub El Guacho w Hazelnuts 7.5%
Tim: Sweet stout, wanted hazelnuts, but not crazy hazelnuts. I like it.
Bob: A little aftertaste. Sweet at the start. GOOD/VERY GOOD
Mason Aleworks Cash Coffee 9.4%
Tim: Pretty smooth for a 9.4. A little aftertaste. FAIR/GOOD Wouldn’t have a second one.
Bob: Awfully bitter. FAIR/GOOD
Oskar Blues Ten Fidy Imperial 10.5%
Tim: Good palate cleanser. Strong body masks the bourbon well. VERY GOOD
Bob: Surprisingly light with the barrel influence, little aftertaste. VERY GOOD
